Job Summary

The IMA Group is actively recruiting for training classes and seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler. This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and schedule appointments for clients, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Communicate with clients, healthcare experts, and internal personnel to facilitate smooth scheduling and answer questions.
  • Accurately input and keep track of scheduling data in the company’s database, making sure the records are current and organized.
  • Actively spot and settle scheduling issues, collaborating with team members to find efficient solutions.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and associated correspondence.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of clerical and telephone experience.
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred.
