Duties & Responsibilities

• Frontline Service with Purpose
• Deliver friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions.
• Build trust, answer questions, and support members in reaching their financial goals through member-centered service.
• Connect members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to member needs.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Bilingual preferred.

Pay

$25.00 an hour plus eligibility for our Bi-Annual Performance Sharing Plan.
