Bilingual Tagalog Retail Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T’s product and service options.
- Create meaningful connections with every customer by delivering personalized sales expertise.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Stay flexible and adapt to a fast‑paced environment with evolving technology and changing customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Tagalog and English.
- Minimum of 5 days per week on‑site at the posted location (no remote work).
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
- Location‑specific hiring; no relocation assistance is offered.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.71 and $25.61 per hour plus commissions. When sales goals are met, commissions can total up to $13,700, with top performers earning as much as $62,460 per year**. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Schedule
Work hours are between 9 am – 9 pm**, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are posted two weeks in advance. This is a full‑time position with a standard **40‑hour week**.

Sign‑on Bonus
