  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 10:30am to 7:00pm

About the role

Greene Resources is seeking a Bilingual Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and update supply chain data in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, and internal databases.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders, work orders, shipment records, inventory counts, and production data.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and expedite materials and products to the production floor.
  • Track inbound materials and manage inventory transactions, including material movement in and out of inventory.
  • Sort, stage, and prepare materials and products for delivery to the production line.
  • Assist with physical inventory planning and reconciliation.
  • Monitor production and delivery schedules to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with customers, factory operations, R&D, support teams, and suppliers to resolve supply chain and material-related issues.
  • Process material RMAs and coordinate the return of defective materials to suppliers.
  • Submit and manage work orders and production-related inputs.
  • Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, availability requirements, and cost objectives.
  • Generate and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and supply chain metrics for planners, buyers, and management.
  • Identify potential supply chain issues and use critical thinking and sound judgment to develop effective solutions.
  • Support multiple high-priority projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, materials coordination, inventory management, manufacturing, production planning, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese communication skills required.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience using SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, or similar internal systems.
  • Ability to plan material requirements and purchase quantities based on production or service demand.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including inventory management and production staging.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-priority projects while meeting deadlines.
