Bilingual Strategic Cuisines Flex Account Executive - Dallas, TX (Spanish)

Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world. This bilingual Spanish field sales opportunity is based out of a personal home office; you must live in the CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing‑qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure the onboarding team and the customer are set up for success post‑sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Toast.

Requirements

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish.
• Prior sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback‑driven mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Restaurant operations experience.
• Experience using Salesforce to track sales activities.
• Sandler Sales Training.

Compensation

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 — $185,000 USD. This includes base salary, commission, and bonus (if eligible) and qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to cash compensation, total rewards may include benefits and equity (if eligible) and are aligned with our Geographic Pay Zone Philosophy.
