Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent service and build rapport with customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by performing daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Manage invoice review and approval responsibilities within the database, processing invoices, managing reports, and handling legal processes related to auctions.
- Oversight of the store’s expense budget, maintaining store supplies, and managing retail inventory.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
- The ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, and balance on a ladder.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

- Bilingual speaking in both English and Spanish (some locations may require Sunday hours).
