Responsibilities

  • Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
  • Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
  • Maintaining customer relationships by meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
  • Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
  • Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
  • Processing invoices, managing reports, and legal process of auctions.
  • Overseeing the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.

Requirements

  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
  • A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
  • Basic computer skills including MS office products.
  • The ability to work Saturdays.
  • Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
  • Frequent physical demands such as standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, and balancing on a ladder.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
  • Bilingual speaking in both English and Spanish (some locations may require Sunday hours).
