About the role
E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position supports PreK–12 students in Floresville, TX.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to address students’ communication goals in their primary language and English.
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the educational team to provide progress updates, therapy goals, and home-practice recommendations.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students’ speech and language skills and promote generalization across settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Texas SLP license.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Previous experience as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.
Pay
Starting at $48/hour.

Schedule
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Start date: August 2026.

- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day.
