Pay
Average pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure includes a $400 payout for all new hires in Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Engage with customers daily, demonstrating a positive attitude and driving sales.
- Ensure your income matches the effort you put in through sales performance.
Requirements
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
