About the role
The Bilingual Spanish Small Business Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager of Customer Care & Underwriting Support at WCF Insurance's Sandy, Utah headquarters. This role supports small business owners with commercial insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in both English and Spanish
- Aid with policy changes and follow-ups
- Support underwriting operations
- Share recurring questions and feedback for service improvements
- Assist with other service channels during lighter call volume

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $48,000.00 - $56,400.00. This salary range depends on experience, education, and location for this specific position.
