About the role

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. Combine your retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
  • Merges merchandising and product launches to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Earn between $61,700 - $92,500 + $24,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

Regular, 40 hours per week.
