Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $46,400 and $75,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
