Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

What to expect

• Create meaningful connections with every customer with personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T's full suite of products – the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families and communities closer together
• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
• Stay current with evolving tech in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus – no sales experience? We'll provide the tools, training and coaching needed
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred – may include additional starting pay

Pay

Earn between $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
