Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends.
• Maintain a monthly seniority-based schedule released two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to speak both Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $55,000 and $75,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
