Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful connections with every customer with personalized sales expertise
- Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services
- Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving technology
Qualifications
- Speak Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus (no sales experience required - training provided)
Schedule
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $46,400 to $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded. Additional starting pay may be offered for bilingual candidates.
