Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
