Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, guiding them through product options and providing personalized sales expertise. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, interacting with customers both in-store and via various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay updated with evolving technology and sales strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is beneficial but not required. Training and support will be provided.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Pay

Earnings range from $21.71 to $23.59 per hour, plus a bonus of up to $13,700 based on performance, with potential for higher earnings through commission.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
