Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate
This is a full-time fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) position requiring the ability to hold conversations in both languages.
About the role
Every day, you’ll be at the center of sales, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—to meet sales targets and earn commission.
Your role will also involve community engagement through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $55,000 to $75,000 annually, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates ($1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year).

Requirements
- Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus (training provided for those without experience)
