Bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse- Part time hours

About the role

The RN will be working at our San Marcos Pediatrics Health Center, delivering patient-centered services in accordance with TrueCare policies, procedures, and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures and testing, and participating in patient education.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients who walk in or call in
• Manage inboxes
• Administer injections
• Perform routine office procedures and testing
• Participate in patient education

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing
• Current California State Board RN license
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours, and/or Saturday shifts
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Schedule

• Every other month: one rotating Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• One weekday per week: either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Total of 16 hours per week
• Schedule posted one month in advance

Pay

The pay range for this role is $45.07 – $62.15 per hour. If hired, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. TrueCare also considers internal pay equity when making an offer.
