About the role

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our clinic-based pediatric therapy team in Katy/Cypress, TX. This is a full-time outpatient pediatric role with a consistent schedule, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a bilingual Spanish, pediatric-only outpatient clinic with 30-minute sessions, no home health visits, and no school travel. It offers a consistent clinic schedule, supportive leadership, and strong clinical mentorship, as well as flexible pay options: hourly or per-visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric patients in a clinic setting
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and company standards

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred
• CFYs and SLPs transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills
