Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We're seeking bilingual candidates for our Retail Careers. Part-time positions are available, offering flexible schedules and the opportunity to earn additional starting pay.

What You'll Do

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
• Work evenings and weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
• Optimize earning potential by working during store's busiest times
• Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise
• Utilize AT&T's full suite of products to enhance customer experiences

• Average annual compensation of $30,725 for those working 20-24 hours per week

Pay and Benefits

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $18.4875 - $20.45 per hour plus $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Starting salaries may vary based on location, experience, expertise, and education/training.
