This full-time Bilingual Spanish Teller Lead position is based in Phoenix, AZ at the 91st Thomas Branch (8911 W Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. About the Role
Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial needs.
- Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
- Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices that align customer needs with solutions, and effective in managing risks associated with business objectives.

Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience (in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
