About the role
Advanced Services Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate to join our team at GE Appliances. This position resolves escalated customer service issues for GE Appliances consumers, advocating for reasonable and satisfactory resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in English and Spanish
- Create an outstanding quality service experience for GE Appliances consumers
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments to resolve appliance-related concerns
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues
- Implement creative solutions that benefit both the customer and GE Appliances
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful case closures
- Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and other internal applications to manage escalated cases
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year call-center experience
- Minimum of 2 years escalated customer service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills; navigating multiple online applications
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Flexible with the ability to take direction from management yet work independently
- Soft skills such as active listening, conflict resolution, and time management
- Flexibility to adapt to change and critical thinking skills
- Possession of previous remote work experience is preferred

Pay
A base rate of $17.85/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly.
Schedule
After training, you can expect to work an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.
