Bilingual Spanish Home Care Aide

About the role

Help at Home is hiring Bilingual Home Care Aides to provide in‑home support to seniors in your community. As a Home Care Aide you will work one‑on‑one with clients inside their homes, assisting with daily activities and helping them maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping and/or accompanying clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training
• Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Ability to comply with state background screening requirements

• No prior experience required
