About the role
Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are currently hiring Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aides in your community!
Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- High School Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to insured and reliable transportation.
- No experience is required, but candidates with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply.
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
