Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aide

About the role

Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are currently hiring Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aides in your community!

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous caregiving experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.
