Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate

About the role

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a vital role in assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers for some of the best Healthcare lines of business. Fluency in both languages is essential as you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, sharing product and service information, and ensuring exceptional overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls (voice, chat, and/or email)

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload speeds
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace; webcam video presence required during training and production

Skills

• Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
• Speak and write both Spanish and English fluently
• Handle inbound customer service calls
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
• Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information
• Enjoys working independently or as part of a team
