Bilingual (Spanish/ Cantonese/ Korean/ Vietnamese ) Customer Support Specialist (Onsite-Pittsburgh)

Blink Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company focused on making prescription medications accessible and affordable. Our flagship products, BlinkRx and Quick Save, streamline the prescription process by removing common barriers such as high costs, form-filling requirements, and stock shortages. As a bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients, doctors, and insurers receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to resolve routine and new issues related to prescriptions, insurance, and patient care
- Avoid customer frustration by providing accurate and timely support
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets set by the company
- Document all interactions and data discovered during calls according to established procedures
- Utilize the company's knowledge base to resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and company information
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and upcoming launches
- Contribute to improving the patient experience by sharing feedback with management
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency required: Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese, with strong English language skills
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or relevant industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical abilities, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex software
- Must hold all necessary licenses and registrations under applicable state law and as required by business necessity
Location/Hours
The role is fully On-site in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh. Available hours include:
- Monday-Friday: 9:30AM-5:30PM, 10:30AM- 6:30PM, 11 AM- 7 PM, 12 PM - 8 PM OR 1 PM- 9 PM EST
- 4-day 10-hour shifts from 10am-8 pm EST
- Rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM -5 PM EST
- Scheduling flexibility may change over time based on business needs
