Bilingual/Spanish - Assistant Clinical Supervisor - Inland Empire

Responsibilities

• Aid in clinical and administrative tasks under supervision.
• Create and implement interventions to improve behavior and functional skills.
• Train and consult families on positive support and behavioral interventions.
• Create goals in areas such as communication, living skills, social skills, self-help, and recreation.
• Participate in the intake process, observations, and preparation of behavior assessments.
• Shadow and observe Behavior Therapists, reviewing progress and data.
• Provide feedback to Behavior Therapists and conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA).
• Conduct therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program or have a Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist.
• Experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
