Responsibilities

• Responsible to the Branch Manager for the overall management of the assigned financial office.
• Accountable for the achievement of maximum sales results for the assigned office.
• Coaches and supervises team to achieve maximum sales results.
• Responsible for internal controls to ensure proper audit and dual control policy and procedures are in place within the assigned branch.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately one to three years of demonstrated progression in job‑related experience.
• Knowledge of retail sales office operations technology and procedures, with the ability to train others.
• Experience managing in‑house and outsource operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to mentor employees for professional growth and goal achievement.
• Good credit history required for consideration.
