Bilingual Social Worker

About the role

This position is a Full-time Bilingual Social Worker role located at DaVita in Oakland, California, and Alameda, California. The role requires bilingualism in Spanish and meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis.
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities related to End Stage Renal Disease.
• Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of their condition.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.

Pay

Schedule

This Position comes with a RETENSION BONUS*. This role is 4 days a week. 1 Day in Oakland and 3 days in Alameda.
