The Social Worker aids Spanish speaking residents in the Westside of Franklin County. Providing case management and supervision to assist clients in reaching their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive case management services to all clients including intake assessment, goal setting, case plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.
• Meets with clients in their home and/or community as directed by the case plan.
• Inputs accurate and complete documentation for all contacts with clients into agency database.
• Provides proven supervision to staff and interns to include onboarding, case assignment, clinical, coaching, and administrative support.
• Establishes individual and team performance goals in collaboration with the Director.
• Drives partnership and collaboration with community partners to enhance resources to human and social services.
• Provides proven comprehensive case management services to Spanish speaking clients to include intake assessment, goal setting, service plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, referrals, and service linkage.

Requirements

• Bilingual required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field desired.
• LSW License required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of social work or case management experience desired.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required.

Schedule

Full position: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Pay

Compensation: $60,000 - $62,000 depending on qualifications
