Responsibilities

• Drive brand voice across social media platforms, with a focus on Twitter.
• Assist the bilingual social media team with translating and transcreating content from English to Spanish.
• Contribute to the editorial calendar and write social copy in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop graphics for social media posts.
• Develop, write, and edit social media content in Spanish.
• Deliver real-time insights through social listening to shape brand communication plans via monthly/weekly reporting.
• Monitor social mentions across channels to inform reporting and identify engagement opportunities.
• Support social media efforts across a variety of client accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (native Spanish speaker required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or community management.
• Background in journalism is a plus.
• Experience managing enterprise-level social media accounts.
• Proficiency with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media reporting tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere).
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $52,000–$65,000. The offered salary is based on factors including overall experience, relevant expertise, education, certifications, applicable skills, and location.

Schedule

Full-time role based in Bethesda, MD or Atlanta, GA.
