Bilingual Seasonal Health Coach

About the role

This position is expected to last from the end of August through December. Location: Dubuque, IA (open to remote).

Responsibilities

• Help individuals set and achieve goals that target fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of life issues.
• Work with participants telephonically to help them set personal goals and establish strategies to succeed in accomplishing these goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in health coaching or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage participants.
• Knowledge of health and wellness topics.
