Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Learn the system and products, their usage and pricing
• Make daily customer visits
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Collect customer credit information
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Reach monthly sales goals to receive commission

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and customer service or related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
