Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Learn the system and products, their usage and pricing
- Make daily route visits to customers
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collect customer credit information
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
- Reach monthly sales goals to earn commission

- Previous experience in sales and customer service or related fields
