About the role
Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join their in-store team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
- Activate new lines and process upgrades
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
- Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking
- Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
- Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
Requirements
- Preferred: Retail sales or customer service experience
- Plus: Wireless or mobile phone sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
