Braswell & Son Pawn Brokers is seeking a Bilingual Pawnbroker & Sales Associate who excels at connecting with customers, building relationships, and providing a welcoming experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Buy, sell, and loan on items such as jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable asking questions
• Promote the store through social media and community engagement
• Support teammates and contribute to a strong, respectful team culture
• Learn how to evaluate items and negotiate fairly with customers

Requirements

• Strong Spanish and English communication skills
• A friendly and confident personality
• Sales or customer service experience
• The ability to build trust quickly with customers
• Comfort using social media to connect with customers and promote products
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience with jewelry, luxury items, pawnbroking, or retail sales is a plus
