We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Who We Are (company description), What Benefits You’ll Receive, What This Role Is (description), What You’ll Do (responsibilities), What We’re Looking For (competencies), What’s Required (education & work experience, schedule, physical demands, tech requirements). Also we have Compensation details within What This Role Is. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: Could be "What This Role Is" description. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. - Requirements: Could be "What’s Required" includes education & work experience, schedule, physical demands, tech requirements. But we have separate headings for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide. We have Qualifications: maybe education & work experience. Skills: competencies list. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: compensation details. Schedule: work schedule details (42.5 hours per week including nights, weekends, holidays). We must not repeat job title as heading. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Company description (Who We Are) maybe not needed as a section? Could be considered "About the role"? But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. Probably "About the role" corresponds to company overview? Actually "About the role" could be description of role (What This Role Is). We'll put that. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do. Requirements: maybe combine education & work experience, physical & travel demands, technology requirements? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills headings. So Requirements could be generic? Might be better to use Requirements for education & work experience (maybe). Qualifications for preferred? Hmm. Let's interpret: - About the role: role description (What This Role Is). - Responsibilities: duties (What You’ll Do). - Requirements: education & work experience (What’s Required: Education & Work Experience). - Qualifications: maybe physical & travel demands? Or maybe "Work environment & Schedule"? But we have separate Schedule heading. - Skills: competencies list (What We’re Looking For). - Benefits: benefits list. - Pay: compensation details. - Schedule: work schedule (42.5 hours per week including nights, weekends, holidays). We also have physical & travel demands and technology requirements; those could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have Qualifications heading, we can put physical & travel demands and technology requirements there. Let's craft. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines: Benefits list includes "Paid Parental Leave" twice; we should include once. Also "And so much more…. " is vague; we should not include filler. We'll keep the specific benefits listed. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    Pay

This is a commission-driven position with uncapped earning potential. Expect to make $65,000 or more during your first year while learning sales and the leadership role. When handling managerial duties, you will be paid $30/hour in addition to commissions earned. Upon promotion to Showroom Manager, compensation moves to salary, plus bonus and averages $75,000 per year.

    Schedule

42.5 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays in an air‑conditioned showroom.

Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Work environment & Schedule: 42.5 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays In an airconditioned showroom" we captured. Also "Director CITY Furniture, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer." we removed as boilerplate. Also "Click Here to watch our Company video!" removed. Also "Our Vision is to be the ultimate furniture and mattress store. Our Purpose is to enrich people’s lives and make the world a better place. Our Mission is to provide quality home furnishings, at excellent values, in an exciting and fun environment. Our Values: Mutual Trust & Respect | Continuous Improvement | Entrepreneurial Spirit | Customer Focus | Teamwork | Giving Back" This is company description; maybe we could include under About the role? But About the role is role description; we could add a brief company overview as part of About the role? The instruction says About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It didn't forbid adding company description there. But we already used About the role for role description. Could we incorporate company overview into that paragraph? Might be okay but we risk mixing. However the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't say we must use exactly those headings; we can use them as appropriate. The "About the role" could be about the role, not company. The company description could be omitted? It's substantive but not under any of those headings. However we could treat it as part of About the role (maybe they expect a brief about the company). But the heading "About the role" suggests role, not company. Yet we have no other heading for company overview. The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could add a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. But they gave examples; we could still add other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Could we fit company overview under About the role? Might be okay. Let's incorporate company overview into About the role paragraph: combine role description and company overview. Thus About the role paragraph: talk about company (50 years, showrooms, vision, purpose, mission, values) and then role description. We must preserve all substantive info; we can combine. Let's craft About the role paragraph:
