Sales Manager in Training, Bilingual-Spanish

About the Role

We're seeking future Sales Managers who aren't afraid to take initiative, influence others, and compete to win. This is a training position designed to develop you into a future Sales Manager or General Manager at Titan Factory Direct.

Responsibilities

• Sell manufactured and modular homes
• Build relationships and guide customers through the buying process
• Generate your own business through networking and social media marketing
• Learn Titan's proven sales process
• Actively market yourself and your homes using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Marketplace, and other digital platforms
• Create content, build relationships, and generate leads online

Requirements

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented professionals
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable with a desire to grow
• Available to work Saturdays (Sundays off)

No real estate license or prior sales experience required.
