Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with clients.
• Sell policies to effectively meet the needs of our clients and explain policy coverages.
• Maintain strong and effective phone communication with customers and sales representatives.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person, over the phone, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
• Must be bilingual.
