HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Specialist (Spanish/English) to support semiconductor construction operations at the TSMC site in North Phoenix. This role is critical in coordinating daily safety activities, supporting compliance, and bridging communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S. field teams. This position is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who understands construction site operations, can manage safety documentation and reporting, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard semiconductor environment. Position: Bilingual Safety Specialist Location: TSMC Site – North Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Schedule: 4:45 AM – 2:00 PM Pay: $26–$30/hr DOE Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily toolbox meetings in alignment with TSMC safety requirements.Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety protocols.Manage incident reporting, including injury documentation and OCIP report filing.Issue and track safety violations, warnings, and corrective actions.Conduct routine site walkthroughs and hazard identification inspections.Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.Support communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S. labor/subcontractors.Assist with safety training coordination and reinforce site safety expectations.Collaborate with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety teams to ensure alignment.Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture across the job site. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English required (must support Taiwan engineers and field teams).OSHA 30 certification required.2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety coordination, or field operations.Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech construction environments (TSMC preferred).Familiarity with injury reporting, OCIP processes, and safety documentation.Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and compliance standards.Ability to work early shift and remain active on-site throughout the day.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-cultural teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
