Bilingual Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support daily safety activities on active semiconductor construction and MEP project sites.
• Aid in site walkthroughs to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and PPE compliance concerns.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, training records, and compliance files.
• Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily field briefings.
• Communicate safety instructions and project updates to Mandarin- and English-speaking field teams.
• Afford incident documentation, corrective action tracking, and safety follow-up.
• Cook up coordination with supervisors, field crews, subcontractors, and project personnel regarding safety needs.
• Help promote clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas.
• Learn and support site-specific safety procedures for gas, chemical, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
• Perform additional safety coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-English bilingual communication skills required.
• Interest in construction safety, EHS, field coordination, or semiconductor project work.
• Prior construction, industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom, safety, or field support experience preferred, but not required for a strong trainable candidate.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; candidates without OSHA 30 may be considered at the entry pay level.
• Comfortable walking active construction sites and working around MEP field activities.
• Comfortable wearing required PPE and following site safety procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, email, and reporting.
• Able to work full-time on-site in North Phoenix.

Pay

Pay Range: $26/hr for candidates without OSHA 30, $28–$30/hr DOE for candidates with OSHA 30.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
