Bilingual Russian Personal Care Aide (PCA)
About the role
As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), you'll work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes, supporting them with light housekeeping, personal activities like bathing and dressing, and assist with mobility and transfers.
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping tasks including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English
- Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
