Bilingual Russian Personal Care Aide (PCA)

About the role

As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, supporting them with light housekeeping, personal activities like bathing and dressing, and assist with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals
• Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English
• Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
• Valid ID
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Skills

• Effective communication in both Russian and English
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
