Bilingual Remote Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking resilient, detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our 24/7 remote inbound team! Ideal candidates thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and bring exceptional empathy and professionalism to every call. They also possess strong de-escalation skills to navigate challenging interactions with confidence. This remote position is open exclusively to applicants who currently reside in Texas. In this role, you will serve as a vital communication link for various client companies. This is a high-volume, back-to-back call center environment that requires quick thinking, precision, and focus under pressure.

Day-to-day

• Handle non-stop high volumes of incoming calls professionally and efficiently in a busy call center environment.
• Greet callers, gather essential information, route calls, and record detailed messages.
• Utilize our advanced call-processing software to prioritize customer needs accurately.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
• Assist callers in both English and Spanish (Bilingual capabilities including translation/interpretation is required based on caller's needs).

Remote Requirements

Candidates must provide their own equipment to be considered for this role.

• Operating System: A Laptop or PC with Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Mac/Apple products, and tablets are not supported).
• Internet: High-speed, wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited for stability reasons).
• Audio: Wired USB headset with a microphone.
• Display: Minimum resolution of 1600x900 (Dual monitor setup is highly recommended).
• Typing speed: 30WPM.

Schedule

• Various set schedules that include 8-hr shifts.
• As we operate 24/7/365, candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day per week as well as holidays.
• Training is paid, and 1-2 weeks prior to moving to your set schedule.
