Role Overview: A bilingual Registered Dietitian provides remote nutrition assessments and counseling within clinical trials. This flexible, per diem telehealth position supports patients with complex and rare conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth-based nutritional assessments and create personalized care plansOffer dietary counseling and educational support to patients and their familiesMonitor and document patients' nutritional progress and adherenceEnsure accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentationParticipate in virtual team meetings and training sessions Qualifications & Skills Credentialed Registered Dietitian with current national registrationActive, unrestricted state licensure (excluding specific states)At least one year of experience in nutrition planning and patient coachingAt least one year of remote telehealth experienceProficiency in Spanish and EnglishPreferred experience with obesity and diabetes management, including GLP-1 therapies
