Bilingual Registered Dietitian - Clinical Trials Telehealth - Per Diem

Role Overview: A bilingual registered dietitian is responsible for delivering remote nutrition assessments and counseling via telehealth for clinical trial patients with complex and rare conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct individualized nutritional assessments and develop care plans through telehealth platformsProvide dietary counseling, education, and support to patients and their familiesMonitor nutritional progress and medication adherence in research participantsEnsure accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentationParticipate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and study-related activities Qualifications & Skills Credentialed Registered Dietitian with current registrationActive, unrestricted state licensure (excluding specified states)At least one year of experience in nutrition planning and patient coachingExperience with telehealth or remote care deliveryFluent in Spanish and EnglishPreferably experienced with obesity, diabetes, and managing patients on GLP-1 therapies
