Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Davis County, UT

About the role

Peak Era ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a supportive and growing ABA practice in Davis County, UT. The position offers 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBAC
• Collect and document accurate data on client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
• A compassionate and patient approach to care
• Able to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
