Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter. As a Bilingual Recruiter at B&T Building Services you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems. The work will consist at some level of the following tasks, but is not limited to:
- Aids to primary recruiter in general recruiting processes
- Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews
- Create Log In credentials for new hires
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes
- Aid with general onboarding inquiries
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
